Before anything else: can you get in?
Everywhere else the model runs, with a minimum age of 18 in most states and 21 in some. Redemption is the sharper limit: the payment processor, not the operator, often decides whether your state can receive a payout. Test the cashier with a small withdrawal before you invest weeks in a balance.

How A Stamp Is Earned
Four steps at every operator, identical each time.
Cross the border
We check that the operator accepts players from the state we are testing in, then open an account in our own name and fund it with our own money.
Stamp the credit
What the banner promised in one column, what actually credited in the next. Only the second figure goes on the stamp.
Clear the floor
Daily bonuses, promos and postal entries only, until the balance reaches the redemption floor. The days are counted.
File and time it
A real withdrawal, timed from filing to money in hand. That figure is stamped on the card.
Before You Set Off
Why does state availability come first here?
Because it is the only thing that can stop you before you start. A great welcome is worthless if the operator does not accept players from your state or cannot pay one.
Which states are excluded?
Washington everywhere, Idaho almost everywhere, with Michigan and Nevada restricted at many operators. Redemption can be limited even where play is allowed.
Do I need to buy anything?
No. Every site in the atlas runs a free entry route and every figure was produced without a purchase.
What is a redemption floor?
The minimum Sweeps Coin balance an operator will process. Ours run from 50 SC to 100 SC.
How current are the stamps?
Each site is re-tested quarterly on a fresh account, and any figure that moves is corrected the day we confirm it.
Geography Decides More Than The Offer Does
Most comparison sites open with the biggest welcome they can find. That is the wrong first question in this sector, because the sector is drawn on a map. Washington State treats the model as unlawful. Idaho is excluded almost everywhere as policy. Michigan and Nevada are patchy, and even where play is allowed the payment processor can decline to send a prize to your state.
So this atlas starts with the border and only then gets to the money. Once you know you can get in, three measurements decide whether an operator is worth the evening: the Sweeps Coin balance that actually credits, the balance the site demands before it will process a redemption, and the hours between filing a withdrawal and holding the funds.
