The map decides whether you can play at all, and sometimes whether you can be paid.
Closed Borders
Washington State treats the model as unlawful and no serious operator accepts players there. Idaho is excluded almost everywhere as policy. Michigan is mixed after regulator attention, and Nevada is patchy because operators avoid friction with the licensed casino industry.
Open Borders
Everywhere else the model runs. Minimum age is 18 in most states and 21 in some, with a few operators applying 21 nationwide. Redemption is the sharper limit: the payment processor often decides whether your state can receive a payout even when play is allowed.

Test the cashier early
Reach the floor, file a small withdrawal and confirm the transfer completes before investing weeks in a balance.
Do not cross with a VPN
Geolocation runs at sign-up, at login and again at redemption. A mismatch is the most common cause of a frozen balance and it is rarely reversed.
